At times, the amount and magnitude of bad things that I see in the news is really disheartening, yet still, I have hope. The one thing I truly believe is powerful enough to combat the darkness is education. That’s why KidCash will not only help parents and children, but we are dedicated to the support of teachers, schools and the spread of education. We have a lot planned for the future and are thankful to those who do their part in making the future stronger and better. Happy Teaching!
Explain how mom or dad’s job helps the family obtain higher level things, such as food, entertainment, trips, etc.. Let them know that you take pride and joy making this sacrifice to help your family, the team out. Explain to them that going to school will teach them the skills to make the family proud. Let them know that they are progressing towards a job of their choice one day and that the family unit works together as a team to enable every member with this freedom.
You can give teachers the power of KidCash. Simply provide them with the ability to award bonuses and tickets if need be. This gives them a little extra power to motivate and get your children to focus in the classroom while spreading a layer of transparency when you’re not there. Print and use our free downloads below.
Dedicate a currency towards school attendance and homework. When they aren’t in school, such as a weekend or holiday, withhold that income. This helps them understand the connection and reward between being responsible and increasing the control over your life in terms of earning power.
Show them videos of people who master what they are learning in some way. Maybe it’s a lettering artist, or a scientist who used math and science to create a hoverboard. As you're giving allowance or bonus for a job well done, remind them of the higher level things they can do once they master a skill such as counting, or writing.

Let them use savings cash to earn pens and notebooks that they really like. Maybe take them to an art store and let them test them out. Make a big deal out of it, tell them every artist has their special tools. Once bought, create this sense of limited access, so that they will really enjoy the time they do get to use these special items.
These special edition bonus and tickets not only allow you to know what’s going on during the day, it helps the teacher out by allowing the parent to communicate and reinforce the areas of improvement or problems happening in school. These forms are missing most of the KidCash detail so you don’t have to worry about explaining much to the teacher, only that whatever they write in the box and send home will be discussed at dinner.
Try not to use the tickets unless they really need the extra help overcoming an obstacle. Remember to always applaud the effort, not necessarily the outcome. If they aren’t doing as well as you would hope, remind them that the best thing you can do is try, and if you are trying your hardest, then you are doing your best.
Please share your story about how a teacher has changed your life.
We want teachers who visit this page to be able to read these and see that what what they do is important, impactful and long lasting. We want to reassure them that while their job may have it's challenges day to day, some of these students will think the world of them in the future.
Thank you to everybody who helped make this page special.
