Parenting Made Easier

teach kids about eating healthy - Teach kids money, focus, discipline and more with Kid Cash

Teach them about healthy eating habits

We don’t want to rely on advertising to teach our children how to eat. Give them basic information on nutrition, including the pyramid, how eating right makes you feel and the effects of a poor diet. Consistent information alongside incentive can keep them strong for a lifetime.

Candy Cash tip: Bring up nutritional reminders whenever you are giving out Candy Cash. Remind them that junk food is taxed because they should be budgeted. Remind them of delicious snacks such as fruits and yogurt that they can consume for free.

These videos are meant to increase awareness, educate and inspire. Parents should watch them first to make sure it's suitable for their audience.
